Is he the future "Best Sommelier of the World?"

The "World best sommelier competition" will take place this year in Santiago (Chili), from the 10th of april to the 16th of april. This international competition is organised every three years, not less than 41 countries are going to present their candidate.

David Biraud is this year the happy candidate for France. He is currently the sommelier of the prestigious Parisian Palace, Le Crillon.
