We first met Matthieu Barret during the summer 2009, in Cornas. Since then, we have kept bumping into each other and it has always been a great pleasure to taste Matthieu's wines. He is a rising star of the Rhone, thanks to the finesse of his wine making. With him, Syrah expresses the granit in the soil, the steepness of the hills, in one word, the Terroirs of Cornas.
