Vinomanaic met Fabienne Chatillon, the discreet cellar master of the Domaine de la Pinte during Montpellier Millésime Bio, an important organic wines fair. Fabienne is a bit like Jura wines: once you look beyond the veil, she proves herself to be fascinating, passionate and intense.
Fabienne Chatillon joined the domain in 1992, she was intrumental in its conversion first to organic farming in 1999 and now to biodyanamic farming. The 20 ha of the domain's vineyards are planted around Arbois, on the famous local blue marls that contribute to the unique characteristics of Jura wines.
