Mark Angeli, vigneron bien connu du Domaine de La Ferme de La Sansonnière, dans la Loire, est par ailleurs l'organisateur avec Virginie Joly du Salon du Grenier Saint-Jean.
Initié il y a 6 ans, ce rendez-vous annuel réunit à présent 120 vignerons bio, dont 80% sont en biodynamie, est en passe de devenir l'un des salons incontournables en Europe. Cela tient d'abord à la qualité des vins présentés. Chaque vin est dégusté par un collège avant le salon. De plus, l'organisation demeure entièrement bénévole, ce qui rend le ticket d'entrée attractif et permet ainsi à de jeunes vignerons de faire leurs premiers pas dans la cours des grands. On peut donc y faire de belles découvertes ou retrouver des stars bien installées.
Bien plus qu'une annexe de la Renaissance des Appellations, dont il est une émanation, le Salon du Grenier Saint-Jean offre chaque année une des plus belles dégustations professionnelles.
