Nichés au pieds des Pyrénées, les 6 ha du domaine de Souch ont depuis longtemps acquis une notoriété internationale, d'abord grâce à la qualité des vins qui y sont produits en biodynamie, mais également grâce à la personalité remarquable d'Yvonne Hégoburu, sa propriétaire.
Dans le Sud-Ouest, le nom de Réné Hégoburu, le mari d'Yvonne, disparu en 1985, reste synonyme de probité journalistique et évoque la passion des dimanches après-midi, passés à admirer la vélocité et l'agilité des joueurs de pelote basque. En décidant de convertir la propriété familiale en domaine viticole, Yvonne cherche d'abord à préserver la mémoire de son mari. Bientôt, le domaine passe en biodynamie, les vins s'affinent et s'imposent peu à peu sur les plus belles tables du monde.
Goûter les vins du domaine de Souch, c'est ressentir au plus profond de soi, l'énergie, l'opiniatreté incroyable d'Yvonne ; c'est également percevoir l'envoutement des Pyrénées etla force du paysage.
