Jean-Jacques Parinet a fait l'acquisition de ce domaine d'une trentaine d'h, entièrement situés dans la petite et remarquable appellation de Moulin à Vent, au cœur du Beaujolais.
Venu du monde de l'édition de logiciels, il s'est totallement plongé dans la rénovation de son vignoble et de ses installations de production. Secondé par Guillaume Berthier, Jean-Jacques Parinet ne manque pas d'ambition pour le château. Il mise sur les terroirs de Moulin à Vent, sur le travail de toute l'équipe pour hisser les vins du domaine au pinacle de l'appellation.
