Le Consul Général de France à Hong-Kong et Macao, M. Marc Fonbaustier, a inauguré l’édition 2010 de Vinexpo Hong-Kong, le 25 mai 2010.

Depuis 2008, les vins étrangers ne sont plus taxés à Hong-Kong et les vignerons français sont plus motivés que jamais pour gagner les marchés asiatiques. Dans ce contexte, M. Fonbaustier ambitionne de faire de Hong-Kong « le hub » du vin français en Asie.

 

Nous avons interviewé M. Fonbaustier alors qu’il venait de découvrir la dégustation organisée par l’Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux .
